Vendor/Nonprofit Registration

Please fill out the form below to register as a vendor or nonprofit at the 2019 Montebello Pet Fair. You should near from us within 24-48 hours (check your spam folder just in case). If you have any questions (or if by chance you have not heard from us within 48 hours) please contact us at montebellopetfair@gmail.com.

  • Extended Deadline Prices: We will be setting up a payment option soon.
    $25 by Saturday, August 31. Payment due by October 20.
    $30 from September 1 to October 20. Payment due by October 20.
    $35 after October 20. Payment due upon signing up.
    Please note that vendors who sign up after October 20 should be accepted as a vendor for the fair, but those signing up after that date will not be included in the vendor list in our event booklet.
  • Size: 10′ X 10′ (Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and popup)
  • Larger sizes available on a case by case basis. Contact us for more details.
  • Vendors are not allowed to leave early. If vendors leave early they are causing foot traffic to stop passing by neighboring vendors, even after they have left. Set up time is 8 AM to 10 AM, and pack up time starts strictly at 3 PM.
  • We reserve the right to not accept a vendor. We do not accept many similar types of vendors, nor do we do we accept many vendors who are not pet related in some form.
