Fair Outcomes

While the fair has many things for the public including entertainment, vendors, food trucks, and an art center for kids, our ultimate goal of the fair is to bring resources and education to area pet owners and make an impact on pets lives. Here are the results from the previous years.

Each year we include educational components to the fair. In 2016 we had talks on dog bite prevention, pet CPR & first aid, TNR, as well as a demonstration by a dog trainer. In 2017 our talks included disaster preparation and a talk by an area groomer. In addition to our educational talks on stage we had a scavenger hunt for attendees to do. The scavenger hunt involved attendees visiting several booths where vendors would share about important pet care tips. The last piece of our educational components for 2017 was in the addition of our Montebello Pet Fair EncycloPawdia. This booklet includes pet related resources in our area as well as areas for owners to keep records of their pets information like vaccines, vet visits, and more.
